My kids just love painting out images. So I built a web app which turns uploaded images into images you can paint out. You can select kids age range to create different difficulty levels. You can also make them into a mandala. Or you describe what kind of an image it should generate and you get that.

Solving real world problems
It's always best developing an app for a problem you face yourself as you really understand the pain points and requirements. In this case, it is my 3 kids telling me every day, what they want to paint out. Of course, there are many images available in the internet, but giving them an individual image from themselves or exactly an image like they wanted it, is priceless. :)
